Refunds & Exchanges



For all other items on Spoil Much, our policy lasts 14 days from the date it was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Additional non-returnable items:

Some health and personal care items 

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, a refund 80% of your original purchase will be processed (We use 20% for restocking, repackaging and or processing) a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within  5 to 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 to 7 business days first check with your bank then email us at spoilmuch@gmail.com

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Please add a note in the package of what item/color you want to exchange for. 
If you receive the wrong item due to our end, we will gladly send you a return label.


You have the right to return your product for a refund or free color exchange, provided that you contact us within 7 business days from the day on which you receive your Invisible Beauty Premium and they have not been worn and only taken out of package to verify color, otherwise they will be deemed exempt of refund or exchange.

You cannot try on the hair – even if briefly!

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW open items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We are not unlike many other human hair extension companies as this is a sanitary issue.

If you remove the hair and remove the bonds that tie it up, it is ineligible for return.

If an item is determined to be used or tampered with, you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return. You will be granted the option to pay for its return to you. If you do not reply or refuse to make payment for its return to you, the item will be held for 30 days and then destroyed.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

(Shipping costs are non-refundable) on orders that have already been shipped. If for whatever reason you need to exchange your item, a courtesy shipping label will be provided for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
